Layers of coffee liquor soaked sponge with a mascarpone cheese cream filling dusted with the best Dutch cocoa.

Chocolate Mousse
A chocoholics paradise. An indulgent chocolate mousse layered between two layers of chocolate jaconde sheets and covered with a chocolate ganache.

New York style Cheesecake
Rich creamy, cream cheesecake on a short crust base. Famous with our own cherry topping, but you can request for different flavours.

Opera Cake
A French cake made with layers of almond sponge soaked in coffee syrup, layered with ganache and coffee French buttercream and covered in a chocolate ganache.

Blackforest
This German gateau or cake is a layered chocolate sponge filled with chocolate cream and our house made cherry filling.

Millefeuille cake
Our popular slices are often requested for a cake. Three layers of crispy pastry filled with a patisserie custard cream, then finished fondant and chocolate.

White chocolate and raspberry mud cake
A white mud filled filled with raspberries and a Swiss buttercream filling covered in a vanilla ganache.

Lemon Meringue
A layer of short crust pastry, filled with a lemon custard filling and topped with a fluffy Italian meringue.

Continental cake
Continental old school a vanilla sponge soaked in a Strega liquor (optional) with layers of vanilla and chocolate custard, outside covered in grated chocolate or roasted almonds
